LTmart have several payment methods depending we your location. The Payment methods we accept include PayPal, Ecocash, C.O.D (Cash on delivery) and All Major Credit Cards.If PayPal is not available in your country, simply use any credit or debit card to make the purchase. We accept the following credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Debit card and Credit card.
PayPal is a safer, simpler way to transfer money online and collect money. When you choose PayPal as your payment method, you will be linked to the PayPal website where you can make a payment. PayPal can purchase items via credit card (Visa,an MasterCard), debit card or electronic check (ie using your regular bank account).
Cash on delivery is a type of payment method we offer at LTmart were payment is made on delivery rather than in advance via online payment or bank transfers. It’s interchangeable with the term “collect on delivery” as it nowadays also includes transactions by credit or debit cards and other forms of cashless payment. Therefore, the name does not necessarily mean you must have the money in the physical form of the currency.

How it works (Cash on delivery)
When you are ready to make your order with the (Cash on delivery) methods, you go to our website and proceed to check-out using (Cash on delivery) option. After getting your invoice and order number, contact our customer service agent through any of our social media platform or directly go to our whatsapp contact and provide the photos for the invoice and your order number. Please double check *sizes* & *color* of the products in your invoice.
After verifying your order details with our customer service, you will be ask to pay a deposit amount listed on your invoice (10% of the products for products in Zimbabwe and 30% outside Zimbabwe). This will work as security for both side in case customer fail to collect package. This amount is refundble in case if LTmart fail to delivery.
Ecocash is a type of payment method we offer at LTmart is an online payment avalible in Zimbabwe. It’s exchange rates with the USD are not consist so pricing will be flexible. Our system will calculate order prices automatically to the ecocash rates.
